Here's some Halloween subway art that I cut out in vinyl...I am loving my Make the Cut (MTC) software that I used to create this!
I bought the frame on clearance at TJ Maxx (love that store!) and covered the mat with black & white polk a dot paper. I added purple ribbon to the mat for the final touch.
